If you have trouble with the Single sign-on, please reach out to your Salesforce Administrators from your HCA email.

A HealthTrust Salesforce Administrator will reach out to you during Tennessee (CST) business hours.

Please make sure that you are on the HCA VPN when using the SSO
If the VPN is now working then Username and Password will require you to use and alternate verification app such as Google Authenticator.
